Q. When you’re at a networking event, how do you describe your independent career status, and where you focus your work?

Re-organization/Restructuring and Transformation for Operations, M&A, and Finance. Broad cross-functional experience to drive and impact all areas of a Business. Key role in M&As, working with PE Firms through due diligence and closing. Multicultural and Trilingual, working throughout Europe and the Americas.

Q. Why do you think there is increasing demand for independent expertise with PE operating teams?

There is ever more demand for highly experienced, independent, and highly specialized individuals to form an operating team, and in a very short time, these teams can work autonomously and effectively creating the changes required to perform complex, multicultural, and highly technological Ventures.

Q. Describe a recent or successful assignment in terms of scope, duration and any particular highlights in the outcomes.

Built customer relationships and negotiated a multimillion-dollar agreement, designed, developed, and start-up for a 300,000sqft greenfield manufacturing facility for Automotive OEMs in a foreign country. Successful operational start-up within budget, time, and customer expectations to supply parts and complete assemblies in a just in sequence mode.

Q. What advice would you give to anyone about to embark on an independent career as to how they can provide the best results for a client, while fulfilling their own career path?

Be open to different models and technological processes, listen carefully, be part of the team, and always challenge established goals to continuously improve the quality/cost ratio of the product. By doing so you will earn a highly acknowledged professional status and your acquired experience will bring more future projects or assignments.
