AI Transformation Manager

A PE-backed technology company required an AI Transformation Manager for a 6 month project in the US

The client was undergoing an AI transformation across two business areas:

1) Leveraging AI for cost-saving
2) AI for customer experience, specifically creating an AI Customer Service agent

The business had a VP Transformation overseeing the project, but felt that they were seeing some resistance in the adoption of AI across the business, and wanted to bring in a resource to work directly with the VPT. This resource would be required to chase down issues, block and tackle and ensure the adoption of AI in the business, breaking down any barriers to adoption.

The ideal candidate needed to be somebody experienced in driving digitalisation in a consumer facing tech business. Knowledge or experience with AI transformation (non-technical) was also required.

The Talmix talent was hired and deployed for the 6 month project in the US, but having completed a successful implementation, was rehired by the client to cover similar transformation projects across its APAC and European offices.
