UX Designer
A global FMCG company wanted a UX lead to support their enterprise UX practice with the requirement to drive a perfect experience across all engagement points, particularly within enterprise BI platforms.
As well as being an expert on UX Design, the company wanted talent to demonstrate the ability to build partnerships through informing and amplifying across the business. The consultant would be responsible forUX across the product development lifecycle, including user research, requirements gathering, wireframing/ prototyping, and setting new standards in user experience. As well as an advocate for UX/UI Design, the talent needed to be an excellent communicator, able to present the solutions confidently to all stakeholders, and have significant experience in the discipline, showing strong business skills and understanding of the systems being designed.
Talmix found a full-stack designer with a holistic UX approach, balancing business goals with cross-functional team capacity while still advocating for users at every turn. With over ten years of experience working with interdisciplinary teams on UX/UI projects, including time at Google and within the food and drink industry, in design leadership roles working across engineering, creative and marketing teams, she was able to demonstrate a robust approach to her discipline and address the specific requirements of the client. The UX Designer is now working to deliver personas, scenarios, user flows and site maps, wireframes, high fidelity interactive prototypes, a component library, a digital style guide and a summary of user testing results to inform future projects.
